SUMMUM SPICY APRICOT

Ingredients

1.5 OZ PIMENT D’ESPELETTE SUMMUM VODKA
0.5 OZ APRICOT JUICE
0.6 OZ FRESH LIME JUICE
1 DASH CHOCOLATE BITTER
2 CHOCOLATE SQUARES

Method

In a shaker filled up with ice, add all the ingredients.
Shake vigorously and strain into a glass also filled up with ice.
Garnish with 2 chocolate squares.

SUMMUM PEPPER BASIL

Ingredients

1.5 OZ CITRON SUMMUM VODKA
LEMONADE
BLACK PEPPER
2 SLICES OF LEMON
5 FRESH BASIL LEAVES

Method

Fall a large wine glass with ice. Stir the ice and discard the water. Pour Citron Summum Vodka, add fresh basil leaves and lemon then stir again.
Top with limonade and garnish with pepper.

Ingredients

2 OZ PIMENT D’ESPELETTE SUMMUM VODKA
4 OZ TOMATO JUICE
0.5 OZ FRESH LEMON JUICE
4 DASHES WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
BLACK PEPPER
2 PINCHES OF CELERY SALT
1 CELERY STICK

Method

Add all the ingredients (except celery stick) in a shaker with ice.
Shake vigorously and strain into a highball glass filled up with ice.
Garnish with 1 celery stick.
